Thickness, size, colour and light transmission are all open to custom order — the standard sheet is 0.3–2.0 mm thick and 1.22 × 2.44 m, with flat panels and rolls available.

Matte, mirror or prismatic — matched to the light.

Surface texture decides how a fixture reads: soft and glare-free, or crisp and decorative. Every pattern below is extruded in-house.

Halogen-free V-0 flame-retardant sheet

Environmentally friendly, halogen-free sheet rated to UL94 V-0 for luminaires and electrical parts that have to meet fire requirements.

Certification support: tell us the standard your market requires — UL94 V-0, RoHS, REACH, GB — and we produce to that specification with third-party testing arranged per order.

About Yongshang

A source factory for optical diffusion sheet.

Yongshang has been extruding PP and PS sheet for more than 15 years from Henglan Town, Zhongshan City, Guangdong. Our focus is optical diffuser sheet, general plastic sheet extrusion and custom processing — and we run the whole process ourselves rather than buying sheet in.

Every batch is produced from 100% virgin material: no regrind and no fillers. That is why purity, colour and light transmission stay consistent from the first metre to the last, and why our customers’ own production lines stay predictable.
